How do I make a new room reservation?
You can book online at special discounted rates via our website by going to our online booking engine. You can also visit our online booking link here.

How will I get the confirmation of the booking made on the brand website?
Once the booking process has been completed and payment has been made, you will receive the confirmation voucher on the email ID used to make the booking. Please carry a soft copy of this voucher on your phone or a print format while checking-in at the hotel.
What kind of documents shall I carry at the time of check-in?
For Indian nationals, a photo ID card along with proof of address details like Aadhar card, Voter’s ID, or Driving License are acceptable. Please note Pan Card is not acceptable as a valid ID proof at the time of check-in at the hotel. For Foreign nationals, a passport & a valid travel visa would be required for check-in at the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Our standard check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out at 1200 noon.
Can I request an early check-in / late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out might be on a chargeable basis and the request can be accommodated basis the occupancy at the hotel. You may send the request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who can I inform in case I am checking in late at night?

How can I make changes to my booking?

What is the hotel cancellation policy for room reservations?
If the cancellation or modifications are done up to 2 days prior to the arrival date, no charges are applicable. In case of cancellation within 2 days of arrival, the full room rate would be charged.
What is the hotel's child policy?
Two children below 5 years can be accommodated in the parent's room without any additional charges, no extra mattress would be provided by the hotel. For children above 5 years, extra charges of INR 1500 + taxes (including extra mattress and breakfast) per child would apply.
How many adults can be accommodated in one room?
Three adults can be accommodated in one room. Additional charges for extra mattresses and breakfast would apply for the third adult.
When is the refund issued?
The refund is processed within 7 days of receiving the refund request.
How can I add more meals to my booking?

Do you have a full on-board meal & stay plans available?
Yes, rate plans with all on-board meals with accommodation are available. You can book the desired plan through our website or send a request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
